We have lined up an auto-aligner device equipped with a one-sided mask aligner and a cassette-to-cassette transport system, optimal for research and development as well as small to medium lot manufacturing, used in the exposure processes of various devices and sensors, including semiconductors, enabling fully automated comprehensive exposure.

Flat panel manufacturing-related equipment such as "polarizer laminating machines/blade polishing machines" prevents the generation of bubbles through a bottom-laying method, allowing all work to be visually inspected from the outside. The polarizer laminating machine (fully automatic type) is easy to maintain, and the size changeover takes only 1 minute for the polarizer laminating machine (semi-automatic type).
